MoCA Internet e-Request Option MoCA’s Internet e-Request Option enables users at remote locations to Request for Repair Work through their favorite e-mail systems.    Through e-Request System, an electronic work request can be entered by anyone and sent to the Maintenance Department via an e-mail system. The requester will get e-Request number for future follow ups.  Maintenance personnel receive the request and can view them, verify and upload into the MoCA System to automatically generate Work Orders. No retyping of the request is needed. An automatic reply can be sent via e-mail to the requester reporting that the work is proceeding and providing them with the work order number. MoCA’s e-Request system is the most economical way to connect remote locations to the central maintenance department
